Tweet Up at LDF
I am already looking forward to this year's London Design Festival. It is always a fantastic mix of up-and-coming designers, established names, interesting talks and engaging trade shows. This year I'm sure it won't be any different and I'm busy getting all my passes and planning my days. While doing that I had an exciting idea, which I hope you will be able to be a part of.
Let's have a tweet up! Big events like these are great for getting everyone together in one place, but it can still be hard to arrange to meet people because of the volume of stuff going on.
So, how about we set aside a dedicated time to meet up with folks we know from blogs, twitter, pinterest, google+, facebook and so on and put real faces to those online names?
I propose we find a central venue (open to suggestions!) to meet up for a coffee (or wine... no-one's judging!) and a chat about the festival, design and all the other things we have in common.
Options for dates/times:
Thu 18th Sept - Mid afternoon - 4pm?
Fri 19th Sept - Lunchtime or mid-afternoon
Sat 20th Sept - Lunchtime
What do you think? Are you in? Come and say hi, meet some of your fellow tweeters and get to know people a bit better.
Leave a comment, email or tweet me () and we can get something arranged.
Thanks
Becky
