Pretty Dandy Flea - pictures & thanks!
Saturday was our latest Pretty Dandy Flea and it was a BLAST!
I'm still on a high from a day full of great tunes, lovely craft and a buzzing atmosphere. It was great and I'd like to say a big thanks to the following people who helped make it happen:
- Our stallholders - obviously we couldn't do it without you, and you are a lovely bunch of people making the world a nicer place with your fabulous things.
- Our volunteers - we had a number of fab volunteers from Trent & Nottingham university who were instrumental in making the place look fab and helping things go with a swing.
- Our DJs - awesome tunes all day long, thanks guys!
- Our wonderful customers - thank you all for coming along to the event, supporting local makers, artists & designers and generally being smiley & lovely too
Last but not least.... - Our venue - the fantastic Vintage Warehouse, which is currently the home of social enterprise Greenshoots. They are working hard to try and guarantee a long-term lease for the Vintage Warehouse in order to continue to use it as a space for creative activity, markets, video shoots, workshops... you name it! In order for this to happen they need an awful lot of support, so if you enjoyed the Pretty Dandy Flea at the Vintage Warehouse and think that space should be kept for creative activity in Nottingham, then please leave a comment of support on this blog post, or go to the Greenshoots page and leave one there.
Here are a few more pics from this fab day, you can also see some on our facebook page:
