Midwinter Cassandra Plate - Vintage

This vintage plate is from the classic Midwinter company and dates from around 1957, produced by one of their most pre-eminent designers, Jessie Tait.

It's a fantastic example of mid-century design, with a light fun feel, great colour palette and fabulous surface design. Plus if you look closely you'll see that the dark line on the pattern is made from one continuous line. Pretty neat!

8.5 inch plates, in good condition. Some crazing due to age.
