The Pretty Dandy Flea is a fabulous fun vintage, art and craft market which pops up in unexpected locations 3 or 4 times a year.

We are delighted to announce the date for our next event, and the details of a new event partner we are really excited to be working with!
The Pretty Dandy Flea is joining forces with Sunshine Vintage Bazaar to create a craft & vintage behemoth. The two events are combining to create an even bigger and better craft and vintage flea market, launching on 4th July in Nottingham.
Sunshine Vintage Bazaar will bring the best vintage and retro goodies and Pretty Dandy Flea will curate the craft and art stalls. There will also be a fun ‘Fresh Meat’ area with the best and brightest new art and design graduates selling their wares.
Alongside the market there will be DJs providing a vintage soundtrack, homemade cakes and treats from Good Mood Food. Expect the very best vintage clothing and accessories, craft and handmade homewares and eclectic art stalls, with a fun fresh feel and great atmosphere.
VENUE: The Bodgea & Cobden Chambers - Pelham Street, Nottingham

Info for stallholders:
We are now taking applications for a stall at the event on 4th July 2015. We are looking for collectors, crafters, artists & designers. It is a competitive process to ensure we have a vibrant mix of high quality stalls.
We have 3 types available - full stalls for established makers/sellers, 'Fresh Meat' stalls for students/recent graduates and suitcase pitches for anyone who would like to give it a go with just a small space at a little cost.

A beautifully curated mix of vintage and design based gifts and home wares provide a perfect blend of products for customers to browse. The relaxed atmosphere with creative overtones and some delicious refreshments on offer encourages plenty of visitors to come along and spend time at the event. After attending the very first Pretty Dandy Flea as a customer I knew it would be a great fit for The Forgotten Library.

I’ve been lucky enough to be part of 2 Pretty Dandy Flea’s and both have been an absolute joy! Aside from the excellent sales I received from lovely customers I also had a brilliant time. There’s a really good mix of different stalls ensuring that both customers and sellers get the best out of the day. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting; most visitors stay for quite a while and enjoy the DJ’s and incredible food from the Pop Up Kitchen (try the pastrami sandwiches or the sausage rolls). I’d recommend the Flea as both a seller and a customer, such a great way to send a Saturday; buying wonderful home wares, listening to vinyl and eating great food.

Want to volunteer?
We are looking for volunteers for the Flea to help set up the stalls, to welcome people on the door, to flyer and promote on the street and to help with the general running of the event. If you have an hour or more to spare and would like to be a part of this fun, creative event then please email for more info. We are flexible and can offer lunch and of course will cover any expenses.

29th Nov & 30th Dec at the Creative Quarter Pop Up Shop, Nottingham
Our first ever two day event went with a real swing, despite a last minute venue change due to technical dfficulties. The Creative Quarter Pop Up is a fabulous space full of Nottingham makers and designers so it was a real privilege to join them there.

Our first ever event was a huge success, with stallholders and customers having a brilliant day enjoying art, craft, gourmet treats from the Pop Up Sandwich Kitchen and tunes from Hello Thor DJs.
The Pretty Dandy Flea is a fabulous flea market which brings together an eclectic mix of homewares and interiors products, inspired by the Brooklyn Flea, NYC.
